3. Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold one account only. Disputed Transactions

5. Bonuses and Promotions

Where an account is closed due to a confirmed breach, AR999 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining bonus balance and, in cases of fraud or financial crime, to withhold the entire account balance pending further action.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting AR999 support. Any remaining real-money balance (excluding uncleared bonus funds) will be returned via the player's registered withdrawal method after identity verification.

11. Responsible Gaming
